How We Got Started

“I was over at my Nan’s house, and I saw her watering her garden with her greywater bucket from the shower, and I thought to myself ‘that’s dedication’. Here she was, 86 years old, and still doing her bit to help out future generations she won’t even get to meet. I got together with my 2 brothers, and we decided that we wanted to help people make those kinds of small differences, as well as with the bigger ones. We started doing research into what solutions were out there, invested in industry education to get certified, found some of the best advisers that the green industry has to offer, and now we’re on our way...”

We believe in the motto 'if there's a problem, we'll fix it' - all of our installation work is guaranteed for 10 years, and any callbacks that we have to make are completely free of charge until the problem is sorted. All the products that we supply and install also come with own full guarantees.

The Green Energy Shop takes customer service very seriously. Each of our on-site teams is monitored by an industry-certified team leader, and we provide full after-sales guarantees and support for all of our products and installation services.

There have been numerous horror stories in the press regarding shoddy the installation of insulation, and we’re committed to stamping out both bad service as well as bad performance.
